Working at Scholarship Advisors has been a truly rewarding experience .I am grateful for the supportive team culture and the chance to help students reach their educational goals. The training and resources here have been really helpful. I am proud to be a part of such meaningful work.

Co-working space was a concern to get the clients in the beginning but towards the middle of 2023 they shifted to their own office which helped us in getting the clients come and offered an environment where we could have our own space

I feel compelled to share my experience at Scholarship advisors, in order to provide honest & transparent review for potential employee. While I believe in constructive feedback, its unfortunate that I must highlight company's deeply flawed work culture and poor management practices. There are significant issues with the company culture, it has toxic work environment which lacks semblance of team work. Hierarchy created a sense of fear and intimidation rather than open communication. The boss is problematic (Jyotika Setia) I did not wanted to mention her name but when you apply there make sure to know. Her work style is characterized by micromanagement, belittling remarks and complete disregard for the well being and professional growth of the employee. There was a constant atmosphere of tension and anxiety, as employee lived in fear of unjust treatment. She like gossiping about her in-laws rather than work on companies vision & growth. Furthermore alarming problem was mischief mindset, boss had her own company in the same business where good leads were being transferred by her, causing damage to the current business as well as making strong unethical and misconduct of the power and access to information. Lack of transparency in decision making and fairness leaving employees in dark regarding the company's direction. In conclusion i can not in good conscience recommend Scholarship Advisors as an employer. Non existent work life balance and greatly impacted morale of employee by the boss lady. I hope this review serves as a caution to those considering employment with Scholarship Advisors or these kind of bad bosses. it is essential to research a companies background thoroughly and work culture before accepting a position. Variety of work, flexible work hours during non-event days. Versatility of being able to variety of tasks. Having a forward-thinking, supportive company that realizes employees are their greatest asset.
