Nothing... They are core specialised to running a " Lala ki Dukaan"... No policy, Fake commitment,,, they can pass-on the things like " ye management ka decision hai" even they don't know that Who is the management in their company. Sab ke sab Lala bethe hai... Inka client b fake or ye SBOS bhi Fake hai. Join this Lala ki company at your Own RISK.

All dislikes... Nothing to like a single thing.. Sab ke sab Bakwas log bhare hai.. once you join , they will give you perfect sympathy, Fake commitment so that employee get influenced... But once they join.. they can reflect they real face of Lala... Pura ke pura MD se lekar sb Lala bhare hue hai.. If they give you less salary and say that will give you BONUS... Please don't relay,, because if you ask to pay bonus.. they will show their real Faces.. Chalu dukaan hai sirf.. Comments are for your good faith. So join at your own risks....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
