Very bad company. Company have not any standard rule and regulations and culture and here all employees have not PF benifits ,not available materials on time,company have no budget for purchase machine spare parts on time ,payments is not credit on time. Company employees are operator on 3rd party HR(TEAM HR). team hr is not supportive. Don't join this company.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
