I interviewed at Sazinga Digitals and was selected for a UI/UX Designer position, with the expectation that I would be working on UI/UX projects. Instead, I was assigned to tasks like creating PowerPoint presentations, print work, and managing social media, with almost no UI/UX work. The work culture is extremely unprofessional, and the task management is chaotic and unrealistic
