Satyam Group of Industries is basically a Steel Company. In this company I have learned and experienced many things which will help me in future. The colleagues I found here are overall friendly.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The job security in this company is unpredictable. Because of this the company's culture, company's growth has also been affected. Compensation is decent but the growth is low.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look accounts of 6 companies under Satyam Group. Finalizing accounts, preparing stock reports, calculation of taxes, disbursement of cash & cheques etc are some of the work done by me in Satyam Group

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
