I am very grateful to this law firm as it gave me the opportunity to work with them which helps me to enhanced my knowledge in the fields of law.

Work Details

There I have assisted my seniors as any way as i could, I have done the legal drafting, research work and also did the ground work which cannot be described in the mere words.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
