Honestly there is nothing to learn new things,becouse Mr.Yamada is all in one, he do everything and in office.no friendly culture,you cant suggest new things to do in office,Mr.Yamada fellow the army rule for employee not for company.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
