I like this because of they giving quality compare to competitors and innovative. But one thing I don't like is re-hire policy. Otherwise the company is very good and also infrastructure.

Dislikes

Manager don't value an individuals. Staffs not having relavant education.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
