I am very glad to work with my present company,because my teammates are very co-operative when concerned with working relations. Work environments made very execellant by the proprietor of our company and receiving all kinds of training for securing job. Company needs people like me who is very genuine and honest in work with execellant determination. There is career growth eventually and its very wonderful to be with it, Only thing is becuase its proprietor based company even the small decision he has make, no one else is eligible. Work and life balance is also good because we get permission for some festival to celebrate at home. There is no any kinds of politics in this company.(May be very soft politics). Only the reason for change, monthly package is having no fixed date in the month or in between days to days, which is effecting residence bills and getting and turning in to disscussions and arguments at Home. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
