Well, nothing to like about the company. An awful environment with zero work ethics. The Team lead and so-called creative director have zero knowledge of fashion and no sense of creativity. I worked hard as hell and got nothing in return. All I get is a disappointment. The company is filled with terrible people who left their brains at home (especially the owner). All they do is Mentally accuse their employees. ill- Mannered, lousy, Highly abusive owners May Sampada burn in hell and I mean it. Sampada's well-known guarantees No job security No health insurance Not giving salary on time ( Always facing the issues of Money crunch) They will get all your documents and are still unwilling to provide you with an offer letter. Sampada is a family. All employees work like a family member. I am lucky that i am a part of the Sampada.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.

Our reporting manager ie. design head's abusive behaviour. It's high time and she needs to rethink about her cranky behaviour. She has lack of empathy, expects employees to work like a mad man and loves calling her employees things like "useless and money minded" right after paycuts. So yaa, shocking behaviour but that's the way she is.

Work Details

Very unprofessional and start recruiting replacements before even informing the one who is getting fired/replaced. This happened recently to one of my colleague. They have also breached contacts of few employees, when questioned threatened them as well.

Worst experience with this company. They don't know how to hire. In experienced and subject less people conducting interviews. Worst interview process to low level salaries.
