Oh, what to say about this name of a "company". You work your brains off even when you are critically ill/on a personal leave (without getting paid obviously) and instead of acknowledging all you get is false blames. A family company with their overpampered kids on major positions with zero knowledge, who love to play blame games onpoor employees when something goes wrong because of their own decisions. All you get is shouting and yelling when you try to prove yourself. Too much of work politics without any actual work being done. Salary being paid in cash to avoid taxes, no salary slips, no joining letter, no health benefits, no PF and absolutely no job security. You're always being reminded that you are replaceable at any point of time. Pay is very low according to industry standards and you are always reminded that you belong to them as they are paying you. Unethical, unprofessional and absolutely brainless people. So glad I could leave on time. And pity for the people who are going to waste their time here....Read More

Well, nothing to like about the company. An awful environment with zero work ethics. The Team lead and so-called creative director have zero knowledge of fashion and no sense of creativity. I worked hard as hell and got nothing in return. All I get is a disappointment. The company is filled with terrible people who left their brains at home (especially the owner). All they do is Mentally accuse their employees. ill- Mannered, lousy, Highly abusive owners May Sampada burn in hell and I mean it. Sampada's well-known guarantees No job security No health insurance Not giving salary on time ( Always facing the issues of Money crunch) They will get all your documents and are still unwilling to provide you with an offer letter. Our reporting manager ie. design head's abusive behaviour. It's high time and she needs to rethink about her cranky behaviour. She has lack of empathy, expects employees to work like a mad man and loves calling her employees things like "useless and money minded" right after paycuts. So yaa, shocking behaviour but that's the way she is.

Work Details

Very unprofessional and start recruiting replacements before even informing the one who is getting fired/replaced. This happened recently to one of my colleague. They have also breached contacts of few employees, when questioned threatened them as well.
