Oh, what to say about this name of a "company". You work your brains off even when you are critically ill/on a personal leave (without getting paid obviously) and instead of acknowledging all you get is false blames. A family company with their overpampered kids on major positions with zero knowledge, who love to play blame games onpoor employees when something goes wrong because of their own decisions. All you get is shouting and yelling when you try to prove yourself. Too much of work politics without any actual work being done. Salary being paid in cash to avoid taxes, no salary slips, no joining letter, no health benefits, no PF and absolutely no job security. You're always being reminded that you are replaceable at any point of time. Pay is very low according to industry standards and you are always reminded that you belong to them as they are paying you. Unethical, unprofessional and absolutely brainless people. So glad I could leave on time. And pity for the people who are going to waste their time here....Read More
