It is my opinion about samiya engineering works India worst company. No work environment and culture. Company policies are very bad regarding appraisal and salary.

Dislikes

No safety precautions. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address my issues. Career growth is very slow. No bonus and not paid my salary in schedule time.

I am satisfied with our organization and fully accommodation provided by the company with cooperative situation.payment system was satisfactory.

Dislikes

There are not providing a safety culture and safety policy in my organization, Not any opportunities for career growth my ahead life.proper welfare facilities are not provided by the company to the workers and staff.

I am a safety officer in my organization,my work is plant safety inspection and identify the hazard ,risk assessment , keeping record , provided tool box talk, job safety analysis prior to job, minimize unsafe act and conditions.
