Likes

The colleagues are very helpful and friendly. They won’t let you feel like you are working for them and there is always space for putting your own thoughts in the table.

Dislikes

There is literally no flexibility in terms of work life balance. The company follows a strict six days work from office regime and even in the holidays, they will keep the company working behind closed doors. They offer peanuts in terms of compensation and management doesn’t work by the rules.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
