Saint-Gobain as a group is a really good company and however, in Gyproc the situation is not the same. HR policies are really good. SOPs are good if followed. Great team work. Good technical and personal assistance from colleagues.

Dislikes

Too much politics between departments. Sales are completely account and project driven and the company does not work according to the market, however they think the market will behave according to them, which I haven't seen happening. People are not ready to take the ownership and are always protecting their own skin and blaming each other's departments.
