Seniors are very helpful. Like if somebody wanted to learn things they take the initiative and help them.

Salary issue was my first concern and anybody can become an anchor there, and the last thing I don't like is the gossiping environment. And they only provide morning pickup and midnight drop.

The job was hectic, I struggled alot at first because when I started I don't even know hindi typing, I learnt everything on the job, I did alot things there that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
