Likes

Company tried to secure job of their employees and company environment is not bad but relationships between workers is too good . Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company rules and policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary based on your skill and give bonus every year.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

Company did not pay salaries during lockdown but they did not fire anyone in their worse situation and managed their salaries losses afterwards. They provide various opportunities and exposures to get unlimited practical and value based knowledge. Full freedom for learning.
