I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

The company is Co-operative any one can growth their career with hard & smart work it's a marketing company we get marketing knowledge and one plus point is our colleagues come from various cultural background,answer work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Very Low salary which is not satisfied for us, sometimes,we have to work 14-18hrs sometimes late into the night I do receive appreciation messages from my clients,and office colleagues.If Company can provide justified salary to us than company get 5star rating in every points.
