RVS Media provides the best solutions to their employees to maintain a good work-life balance. very Co-operative Senior Management and the work culture is very good.

Dislikes

Some of the old employees do Backbiting and focus on spreading false rumours. They should focus on their growth, in my opinion.

I will never suggest any one to join this company.

Dislikes

They terminated employees without any reason. Manager and Hr play dirty politics. CEO doesn’t have the manners to talk. Thaey never pay Full and final amount to the employee.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
