very worst company I ever worked in . The staff is very cheap & sick mental type & owner is too much keeping to much cheap intension on the basis of salary scale.

Dislikes

They take work from the below poverty level peoples over the different village after taking work in between 2-3 months they never gives their full salary also after when the work gets complete they do lots of useless arguments with those poor peoples they digest whole salary .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
