there is nothing like which I can dislike I have learn most of the thing there, as compare to any other company culture and growth.

Work Details

I am a Web Developer at Royals Webtech Pvt. Ltd. from last year now I have recently completed 1 year in the company. I have work on many technologies in the company as well as front-end or back-end.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
