My Senior Management Team led by Mr. Mohammad Nensy, was one of the best,I came across in my total career span. A man with great vision and passion to do the best and get the best. Learnt a lot from him.

The location was far away from the city, there by a challenge for regular business.

As General manager of the unit was responsible for overall operations and financial performance of the unit. Had a great team and a guiding leader to fall back on whenever required.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
