The management is pathetic. No salary for months after months and still they perceive a don't care atttude. No respect for employees at any level. Go for other companies.

I worked at Royal Content Research Services for more than a month. The company communicates well with academic content writers, and also have a proper observation on their working process. They also give good incentives but the work culture is not so good. I got sick in the office premises, i couldn't attend the office for more thana week. I mailed them all my blood test reports, snapshots of doctor's prescriptions and asked for joining dates. Like these they me two times joining date but i was undergoing through high fever and the company didn't have much time in their hands to give ears to my sickness. Moreover it was far away from my home, and that was also a big issue that i had to incur huge travelling costs in order to attend the office daily. They told me that they are not ready to give me joining date as they already given me two times joining date but i was unable to join on those particular days due to my own problem. Also they kept my salary in hold for the month of May and it is still not determined when they would pay me upto the date i have served the company. I am quite disappointed with huge working pressure at the company and a particular task is sent for rework or redo for number of times which i think quite irrelevant for an employee to work upon. The employee is not given to prepare write ups based on their qualification, they are given tasks from random fields as a result it sometimes seem to me quite herculous to perform the task at the office. Daily word target of 3500 and that too on a topic which is absolutely beyond the field of knowledge and experience of a writer, it sometimes seem to me quite difficult to sustain the job there, truly speaking...!!...Read More

Huge work pressure of word target 3500, overtime work no holiday on saturday, irrelevant topics were given the writers which sometimes stay beyond their field of knowledge and expertise.

Work Details

I didn't have much good experience while working at Royal Content Research Services but i would acknowledge that my team members were very cooperative. They were a kind of mental refreshment to me throughout this job.
