Likes

The hospital is offering facilities to largely underserved rural population at very affordable rates. It has a great potential to be a tertiary multispeciality centre of excellence in near future.

Dislikes

As of now I have not come across any unnecessary hindrance in my work. Being a newly set centre with rapid growth of incoming patients minor lacunae can be witnessed but the management is very aggressive to address and rectify any such issues

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
