Leaves and benefits are good, salary increment is not there only increment is done on the basis of KPI incentive, which depends upon the superiors willingness, as many a times they reduce the same on the basis of tge work not mentioned in KPI

Dislikes

Office politics, accounts people are not given the liberty to do accounting job rather they are implied in doing excel job only where accounting implication are limited. If they would have given for ratio analysis, etc that would have been great but the superior himself takes the credit without sharing it with the team. In process, they are forgetting minor accounting concepts of entries. I hope in the near future the seniors focus on that to intact the team rather than office politics only...Read More

1. No career growth , no incrementation , no salary hike but only when some one left job , to retain other they increase the KPI , which might again get reduce according to the mood of Manager's. 2. Extreme politics , communalism issue , no support to executive's all benefits and credits taken by Manager especially in Finance Department. 3. No Job training to new joiner's , have to obey strict rules as given by Senior manager , no freedom of speech or deliver your positive ideas. 4. Unsystematic work pressure....Read More

Work Environment is Good, Culture is not satisfactory, Policies are the Very poor.

Dislikes

Teammates are Very good, Trainings are ok, No Job Security, No Career Growth, Salary packages are not good, No appraisal, Lots of Politics are there, Learning opportunities are there, Work Environment is Good, Rest of all are Bad.
