Leaves and benefits are good, salary increment is not there only increment is done on the basis of KPI incentive, which depends upon the superiors willingness, as many a times they reduce the same on the basis of tge work not mentioned in KPI

Office politics, accounts people are not given the liberty to do accounting job rather they are implied in doing excel job only where accounting implication are limited. If they would have given for ratio analysis, etc that would have been great but the superior himself takes the credit without sharing it with the team. Worst work culture. Communal Senior manager Keeps on supporting bendali collegues. The finance manager is incompetent. He won't get job anywhere and hence working here. The HR team is puppet. The branding team is always upto getting some extra money from vendors. Worst workplace.
