Likes

Their Environment was Friendly & was Like a Family member. There was Mutual Understanding Among my Colleagues and our Boss. I Enjoyed Working with them and had my Wonderful Experience Working with Well Experienced Senior Staff.

Dislikes

The Students who worked (Articles) were Taught many times than us i.e They were Taught again and again the Same Thing when Required as Compared to us. The Growth in terms of Salary or Appreciation were Very Low.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
