There is no job security at all.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is low and there is no chance to grow.

Work Details

I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Good atmosphere and free to work at any level.

Dislikes

In this pandemic situation they removed half of the staff. From that I am also one of them and the decision took by them was wrong we dedicated all of the time for our school and always tried to take it one of the best school in our country. They didn't support for that.

As principal mam was very supportive and helpful for every teacher .
