I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work life balance is good if your approach is positive towards work. If you're lazy or something like that it'll be difficult. For me it's best. On time I can login and logout.

It's completely remote job so you can't meet your colleagues or go for Chai/coffee and timing is EST so if you're in India it'll be always night shift.
