Nothing at all, except you'll be on desk most of the time

No process, they don't hire seniors as they have to provide good package. All the works are carried out by in experienced freshers. They don't care to provide training to them. There is no job security, I got relieved Immediately with out any notice. In final settlement they don't provide the final salary i deserved. So i had to continuously reminding and argue with them to get that. The CEO is pure evil, there is a pure discrimination in the organization as I don't speak in their native language I could feel that. They made an employee harassment allegations which have no truth in it, without any enquiry I was forced to send out an apology letter....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
