There is a list of dislikes 1.Worst CEO he will speak one thing infront of you and speak another thing behind you. 2. CEO want you to like slave and if you work well and overtime ge will treat you well. If not he will fire you. very unstable company. 3. He is always watching you in camera like bigg boss. 4. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
