Salary will be credited on time. Snacks will be provided and clean single bathroom.

Dislikes

Overtime work without pay. Lack of ability to provide documents to projects. Tone of voice is uncomfortable for communication. One and half years bond was bothering at the end. They will hold the original certificates so we cant do anything if we need that from them. Task instructions will not be given properly

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
