Would've rated negatively if I could. I don't think there's anything to like other than getting networks in a well known store.

Dislikes

Everything. So much was not disclosed before recruitment and when we were told it was internal policy. No transparency, no employee benefit mindset but the world is expected from us. Penalties and layoffs on stupid reasons and the boss's attitude is the worst. He just wants one to work and not having to pay them accordingly. So manyrules and penalties introduced after our recruitment. On the name of ethics an employee's respect, integrity everything is demolished. Females may experience a pay gap between them and the male employees and face continuous discrimination....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
