You go to office to work, which can also be easily done at home. People there, just care about self reputation, they work in large teams for a single client, but no one is like a team there. No work life balance, they will train you in a month and start your qualificatiin phase, if you so any errors, this will directly go to PIP, which is obvious, but training within a month is not obvious. Only a quick learner would be able to catch-up with it. Also once you are qualified in a process, they will train you on another without any break. The only negative could be the salary hike part. The hike % is very low compared to the market outside and this needs to be looked at. They might give you a very good hike % when they hire you but once you come in, you would know the reality that they do not give much pay hike at the end of the year.
