Behaviour or manager are not good and the main problem is the manager are not educated you will not get the security of salary or job bcoz your salary is under on your manager company will never send your salary directly to your account they always pay cash and everything control your manager sometimes manager the manager will take your some part of salary and company does not care there

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
