Unhygienic, unhealthy and unprofessional Their is no working culture. Bad company to work lots of politics Poor management you are considered as a animal rather than a human being. Owner is so rude he never provide any kind of facility to employee . Only one washroom for the staff which is very dirty . They don't provide tea ,water any basic facilities . They cut sunday salary when you take leave after or before sunday they don't follow sandwich rule . job security. They hire people and fire them any time without any notice. After 10 years of my working experience in taxation field, 1 wrost company I had found n worked with them only 5 months. The cheap n bigeer type think of Mr. Rajesh Sial proprietor of Reetu Exports, they did nod do ant thing for his working staff neither he is providing any facilities even refreshment for tea or any other facilities. They have only used cash amount in their business, and working hours more than 10 hours without over time paid to staff. He used water for staff Rs. 10 per 20 litter bottle and if some staff used to more drink n if he saw to water machine he used to aboused. Neither he has deposited pf and esi employees benefit facilities....Read More

Totally thing like working environment, toilet room, does provide any type of refreshment to their staff, water issue, salary given to their staff only in cash, not deposited pf or esi amount to govrmnt.
