Sometimes there was a lot of pressure when there were multiple companies to hire for at the same time.

Work Details

Very casual when it comes to the office environment but very professional in terms of recruitments.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

It is a good company to get great exposure but the founders dont know how to respect employees forget employees not even their own clients, no work life balance, you'll only get to spend time with your family on weekends (that too if your not called on Saturdayz) on weekdays you'll just go home to sleep trust me bare minimum 10-11 hrs of work you end up doing, the founders will take u to parties n stuff, treat u but then whats the point when they rub it on your face in front of everyone.The culture is making the performer employee slog to death with work load and the non performers gets to more liberty to not perform.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CO TO ANYONE TRUST ME (HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO WRITE, AS THERE IS none)...Read More

Everything, guys there are great opportunities for you in this whole world apart from this co which would nuture your potentials.

The company was having an amazing work culture to work with...with really great bosses...Had a great learning experience where my skills went one notch higher, gave me great exposure due to interaction with various clientele.

Dislikes

Late working hours, parity between employees was lacking due to the bosses favouring certain people.Lack of motivation due to disparity.

Work Details

It was a challenging role where I started on an individual basis however with time started mentoring team members under me, I was handling non it recruitments and was really great at handling all kinds of profile.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
