The best part of working with recolor was to associate and collaborate with tht foriegn team and work together as one unit remotely. The production process and work culture of foriegn team was smooth .Lot of learning happening on technology front and design front. knowledge driven and more opportunity driven.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

The Indian management is poor and work atmosphere is very rigid and not very motivating. Most of the time the process are being changed internally in India and lot of blame game.less learning.No efforts being made to reflect the same work culture as one in the foreign team.At times false statements made by management to threaten job security.

Work Details

The work was really enjoying when it came to collaboration with foreign team. Interms of local team was reverse and at times immensely hectic.No technical clarity of work with respect to local team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
