I got wider experiences of life. Working there expanded my human relation approaches. Generally, it was a wonderful beginning for me. No job security, good teammates at the beginning, salary was very poor, work environment good, it gave me a lot of chances of meeting different caliber of people. No on the job training. Training yes, for marketers only. Work life balance, it was my starting point

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
