Since it's a small company, transparency is there between management and employees

Dislikes

Zero job security. No recreation or fun space. No flexible timings. 50% pay cuts were given during the pandemic and expected to work harder than ever. The management runs the office as if it is their home. There is no reliability with the projects. When there is work you have the job ot herwise you are forced to learn different technology and move to other project. This happened to me and now I'm jack of all trades but master of none...Read More
