Likes

Company policies are not good, but production teams are very supportive. In company no enough manpower to do any work in the departments. All work do with adjustment .

Dislikes

No enough manpower in the any department. Non-technical person guide technical person. Rajsha having compulsory 5 year work bond agreement and also submit your original Last two marksheet with degree certificates.

Work Details

No work and life balance in the Rajsha Chemical. only 6 paid holidays in the year.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
