It would have nice place to learn new things as compared to other CA firm they let you do new things and assign you new tasks and also let you explore your potential.

There is lack of proper management which led to employee conflicts no one has a proper delegation of Authority, no matter how hard you doing for the firm and giving your 100 percent but Management won't see that they won't appreciate your work they won't give you promotion until or unless you asked for it. It is only for learning and inproving skills otherwise don't expect growth and good salary in this firm....Read More
