I must say about nothing is there to like but all the employees are good and very helpful.

There are many: Management is biased, they don't trust anybody and they do a lot of micromanagement, HR is a puppet and they introduce new rule which are beneficial to the owner but a challenge to the employees everytime. There is no job security, whenever the owner feel they may terminate you.

The worst organization to work as there is no Commitment and guarantee for your payment. I started working with them in October 2021 and now it's March 2022, still haven't received my payment. Constantly contacted them and got false commitments every week. Even, when you ask them to pay you off they start talking rudely on calls, later on, reject some of your projects, and even after that didn't pay you off.
