The best organisation to work. Easy access to Sr. Management Management value the new ideas Young and enthusiastic people are working with dedication, everyone respect each other, no political environment 5 days working in a week, no attandance system.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
