The Office is new in Andheri (Chakala), Worst Company ever seen before.. I got selected 2 week before in the company. The Hr and the Hiring Manager said that you will be having one month of training.. later only given training of 1 week. Post which started removing employee from the company the reason they said was less productive/performance. But I don't understand how can they expect 100% productive in one week of training atleast they should have completed the proper training first. and if the candidate was not fit for the profile then why should the hiring manager selected the candidate first.. I was tricked and there is not even one percent of job security, A toxic work culture, poor leadership, lack of growth opportunities, wasted my time and Energy.
