The promotion system is fully involved politics. The upper manegement only promotes people who is moving around them and doing sugar coating things. The salary as per work allocation is too low compared to market standards. Three of my former colleagues leave this company and they all faced Full and Final settlement issues as they are saying that leave is encashable but they don't give the same in FNF....Read More
