It is a new and growing company. They are hiring incrementally.

Dislikes

The tech teams are not well organised and slightly unprofessional. An unsaid hiring rule is anybody laid off from a company is not to be considered while hiring, without any consideration of the track record or the reasons for lay off. The salary ranges posted by employees for a 5 year SE3 position are around 75-80 LPA fixed, but the recruiters try to undermine the value and quote an extremely low number, sometimes using extremely demeaning tone of language....Read More
