Nothing at all. I was part of this company for almost one year and I was surprised to see that how corrupt a private company could be. They do all kind of malpractice and illegal activities to run their business. The company claims that they do authentic surveys but I have seen that how they manipulate sample size and survey responses. Never ever trust their survey results. One of the founder who lives in Canada try to onboard few of the other country employees to show that its a MNC but never ever trust those tactics. Its a complete road side company which has no ethics and corporate policies....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
