The company has some very big liars. The Director itself is a big lair and same as the project manager. They will commit so many big things and at the end nothing will get fulfilled.

Nothing at all. I was part of this company for almost one year and I was surprised to see that how corrupt a private company could be. They do all kind of malpractice and illegal activities to run their business. The company claims that they do authentic surveys but I have seen that how they manipulate sample size and survey responses. Never ever trust their survey results. One of the founder who lives in Canada try to onboard few of the other country employees to show that its a MNC but never ever trust those tactics. Its a complete road side company which has no ethics and corporate policies.

If you ever get a chance to join this company without giving a second thought just reject it. They will tell so many things during interview but you will regret after joining.

Next time you’re in a small town , go to almost any convenience store or cheap motel , hang around a bit and multiply what you see x 10. Imagine that culture on a grander scale
