Qubiqon is one of the worst companies to work for. Don’t go on their Instagram reels and advertisements, those are just illusions they creat to attract others. You will not get paid enough for the work load they put on you. They do scam by showing freshers as experienced employee to their clients and pressuring freshers to work likea 6-7 years experienced professional. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
